The Silent Auction is a major Music Boosters fundraiser directly supporting the Blake instrumental and vocal programs.  Events like Swing Night allow the Boosters to raise money to provide programming support like concert attire, clinics, scholarships, marching band meals, and much more! 

The Silent Auction works with donations from YOU, Blake Music families, and the surrounding community - here's what you can do to help make this the best Swing Night auction ever...

• Solicit local businesses for donations
  • ​​​​​think about people you do business with and offer them an opportunity to advertise through this community event
  • provide the Swing Night Silent Auction Call for Donation Factsheet to potential donors
• Donate an auction item directly
  • ​prepare an theme basket, create a handcrafted item, or think of another creative item to donate
  • check out the list of ideas below or come up with your own!
• Get your items on the list by March 20 
  • submit each item via the Silent Auction Donations form
  • someone will contact your for more details if needed
  • bring items to Blake by March 23 (contact Mr. Barnes or Mr. Eising) or make other arrangements with a Booster team member
• Buy tickets for Swing Night and participate in the auction!
  • ​Your presence at Swing Night and participation in the action helps us to raise funds to support our important mission to serve and support Blake Music staff, students, and families!
